All pendants of this type have so called stems as the gemstone is drilled and glued to the bail which may not be visible in all pendants depending on the gemstone colour, pattern or clarity.
Although these gemstone pendants are sold in pairs, it is not guaranteed that the pair you may get will have 2 identical gemstones due to the manufacturing process and the nature of the gemstone material itself.
